1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Marketify you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, timely fulfilment of orders, and compliance with Nigerian consumer protection laws. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Buyer Protection
All orders on Marketify are covered by our Buyer Protection policy. If an item does not arrive or is not as described, you may raise a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5. Fees and Payments
Marketify charges a platform commission on each successful transaction. Exact rates are communicated to vendors at onboarding. Buyers pay the listed price inclusive of applicable fees.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Oyo State.
